What is EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional
Disney recently announced details for the popular Candlelight Procession, including information about the celebrity (a few you’ll recognise) narrators and dining packages, which include guaranteed seating for one of the performances.
For those unfamiliar with the Candlelight Procession, it has been a cherished tradition at Walt Disney World since it opened in 1971. This annual event is part of EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays, presented by AdventHealth and runs from November 28th to December 30th. The procession features a spirited retelling of the Christmas story as told by a celebrity narrator, accompanied by a mass choir of cast members and community singers, the Voices of Liberty vocal group and a 50-piece orchestra.
The performances are held at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase at Epcot, which can accommodate approximately 1000 guests. Each show lasts around 40 minutes and takes place three times daily at:

Which celebrity narrators are taking part in EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional?
The Celebrity Narrators (who usually have some connection to Disney, and often return yearly) for 2025 are:

To see this popular show, guests can either join a free standby line for seating (expect to queue for hours, and seating is not guaranteed) or guests can secure a seat by booking a Candlelight Processional Dining Package (on sale from October 14th).
Which restaurants offer the dining package for EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional?
This is what is included:
- At Most Participating Restaurants: A main course and dessert, or one full buffet (where applicable) along with one non-alcoholic drink (or alcoholic drink for guests aged 21 and older).
- At Spice Road Table: 2 small plates, a shared tagine, a shared dessert platter and one non-alcoholic drink (or alcoholic drink for guests aged 21 and older).
In addition, each guest will receive one guaranteed seat per person to a Candlelight Processional performance on the same day.

You may also be able to grab some same-day dining packages at Regal Eagle Smokehouse, but these are subject to availability.
There is quite a range of prices here. We are planning to attend this concert for the first time and are hoping to get a dining package at Biergarten restaurant, as we ‘ve heard it’s a lot of fun, the food is good quality (and plentiful) and it’s reasonably priced. Don’t forget that tax and tips need to be added to this price, though.
You can book these packages online from October 14th 2025. It is highly recommended to make an Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR), which can be booked up to 60 days in advance of your visit. On October 14th, ADRs will be available for dates up to December 13th 2025 and will be released on a rolling basis after that. The reservations are expected to go on sale around 11am UK time, although it may be closer to 12pm.
Important Information
- Check the restaurant’s cancellation policy, which will be included in your confirmation email.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 21 and over who present a valid form of ID (this includes a UK Driving licence and a Passport, which can be a clear photo on your mobile phone).
- You will need a credit card to make a reservation. Add to your account before making a booking
- Guests receive Candlelight Processional seating badges at the restaurant after their meal. The badge will specify the date and show time they have reserved.
- Guests then enter the America Gardens Theatre in a separate queue and will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You need a valid theme Park admission to enter EPCOT; admission is not included in the price of the dining package.
