EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival is a highlight of spring in Walt Disney World, and has been since its debut in 1994! This year, the festival will run between March 4th and June 1st 2026.
This is a truly magical event during which the Park looks and smells its absolute best! Expect amazing flower displays, Character topiaries, live music, delicious food and drink, merchandise, and more.
How do you find your way around EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival?
The Flower and Garden Festival’s passport is available to help you locate all of the Global Gardens and their locations, Special Tours, Outdoor Kitchens and everything that is occurring at the festival. Plus, this free souvenir lets you keep track of everything you eat! Pick one up as you enter the Park, and there is also a version on the MDE app.

Garden Rocks Concerts at EPCOT
One of the biggest attractions of the entire festival is the Garden Rocks Concert Series, featuring an impressive array of live music from local bands and international stars, all of whom perform in the America Gardens Theatre opposite the American Adventure Pavilion.
There are three concerts every evening, at 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8pm.
All concerts are free to attend* (*admission is included with your EPCOT Park ticket) and demand is usually high with spaces going fast. If you’re using the Standby Lane, aim to arrive 30 minutes before show time to grab a seat (we’ll let you know a trick to bypass the Standby Lane a bit later on).
‘Famous’ artists perform on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
Lesser known (but still incredibly talented) local Orlando bands top the bill on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

EPCOT’s Garden Rocks Dining Packages
One of the benefits of booking a Dining Package is you get guaranteed seats closer to the stage for one Garden Rocks show that day, meaning you won’t have to wait in the Standby Line (we promised you a workaround!).
The other benefit is, of course, that you get to enjoy a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant!
Dining Packages are available for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and reservations are open now.
At Spice Road Table, your Dining Package entitles you to:
- 2 small plates.
- 1 shared tagine.
- A shared dessert platter.
- A non-alcoholic beverage.
At all the other restaurants you get:
- An entrée.
- A buffet/family-style meal.
- A dessert.
- A non-alcoholic beverage.

After your meal, each diner receives a Garden Rocks Badge* (*a sticker showing the time and date of the show you’ve booked), with which you can join a separate (usually much shorter) line 15-20 minutes before the concert begins.
Seating is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis so if you want to sit in the front row or more central to the stage, start queuing 30-45 minutes in advance.
Same-Day Dining Packages
If you couldn’t make a reservation ahead of time or your plans change last minute, you might be able to get a Same-Day Dining Package at Regal Eagle Smokehouse as an alternative (subject to availability).
Offering the same benefits as the advance Dining Package, this can only be booked in person on the day of your visit; just pop into Regal Eagle Smokehouse to enquire.
EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival Outdoor Kitchens
For the times you just want to experience some of the excellent food on offer during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, the Outdoor Kitchens offer a variety of tasty treats and drinks, and you can also participate in the Garden Graze. Similar to the Cookie Stroll at Christmas, this is a plant-based food stroll through the Flower and Garden Festival. Choose 5 items to complete the crawl and be sure to get your Festival Passport stamped along the way, so that you can claim your prize! Here’s a selection of the booths on offer:

Being totally honest, eating at these booths is often more expensive than a sit-down meal in a restaurant, so just bear that in mind when you’re deciding where to go.
When is the best time to visit the Flower & Garden Festival?
Crowd levels tend to be lower on weekdays and around the start of the event before the Spring Breakers descend, with things settling down again towards the end of April and throughout May.
Useful things to know about the festival
Magic Shots are a fab way to create lasting memories. Part of Memory Maker (which is often included in UK and Ireland ticket packages), just look for a PhotoPass photographer at one of the special locations around the Park and ask for a Magic Shot; they’ll add special effects to bring a little Disney magic to your pictures.
You’ll find cool merch and activities inside the Festival Centre in Word Celebration.
Butterfly Landing near the Imagination Pavilion (World Nature) is a particularly lovely close-up and interactive experience.
As you might expect, most of the festival is outdoors and the America Gardens Theatre is completely open-air, so it’s worth checking the weather forecast before you visit and planning for whichever elements you might be exposed to (think everything from waterproofs and ponchos to sunscreen, fans and hats)!
Weekday performances by local artists are a great way to access concerts in a more relaxed, less crowded environment, which can be a game changer for any neuro-diverse members of your group. The performers are seriously talented, so you won’t be short-changed on entertainment!
If you’re Park Hopping to EPCOT just to catch a concert, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to enter the Park (with your valid Park Admission Ticket) and get to the theatre.
